Opus T.4817 – Talbot Smith House, Ann Arbor, Michigan Designed in 1948, this two-bedroom house was not built. Drawings are part of the Domino’s Pizza Collection and were displayed in summer 2017 as part of the FLW 150th birthday celebration. Because it was not built, this project was not assigned a number by Prof. Storrer. As with all known projects built and unbuilt, it was assigned an Opus number by Taliesin. The plans include distinctive angling of the building’s sides; that angle is repeated. Photographed on June 22, 2017. The photos here are substantially cropped to allow more visible detail.
