This prefabricated design features four bedrooms and an exposed basement. Built in 1957, it includes an optional garage instead of a carport (the carport was featured on S.409.2, a home built for the Cass family on Staten Island). This house is situated on a small lake, and is near the Fredrick Residence (S.376). Unlike the Fredrick Residence, though, this home is easily visible from several angles.
