S.136 – Avery Coonley Gardener’s
Cottage, 290 Scottswood Road, Riverside,
Illinois It is part of a complex of four
buildings built over a stretch of years, which includes the Coonley Residence (S.135), the Coonley Coach House (S.137), and
the Coonley Playhouse (S.174). The separate structures are now owned and
