The gardener’s cottage (S.090) is being added to the complex. The Barton House (S.103), next door, is already part of this complex and is used for the preservation organization’s offices. I visited in July 2007; renovation efforts closed some rooms, but the tour was still worthwhile. Interior photography was not permitted past the reconstructed long porch (pergola). The property underwent many changes over time. As a result of conversion to apartments, the original conservatory, pergola, and garage were demolished. They have since been reconstructed. The conservatory (S.101) is a building at the end of the pergola (the long porch, S.101) opposite the main residence. The garage (S.102) is at the back of the property, accessible from the alley.
